New build in Uffculme.
Full ventilation spec was given on this job with both over Fascia Vents and Roll Out Rafter Eave Ventilation. New breather felt and Roofing battens finished off with a Redland Grovebury tile in Slate Grey. Customer went for a Terracotta ridge and we love the contrast.
New roof in Exeter
Complete overhaul with this roof in Exeter. New main roof using Redland Renown Tile in Tudor Brown. New cladding to dormer completely transforming the look and new Redland plain tile porch to match. Customer over the moon with how its turned out.
Extension in Axminster
Small new build in Axminster for Above Build Ltd. Fibre cement slates and new lead work including capping to parapit wall. Really happy with this one.
New roof in Axminster
Complete new roof in Axminster completely transforming this house. We used a Russell Grampian in Slate Grey along with brand new black square guttering. Just to finish it off we painted the property in a cornflour white. Really like how this one turned out.
Extension in Exeter
Kitchen extension completed in Exeter. Re-used the clay plain tiles and installed new breather felt and battens. Thermal properties wasn’t great so we also installed new insulation to help keep the kitchen warm. The copper dormer roof above door was looking a little worn so we replaced it with a new lead roof. Finished the job off with a new breathable dry ridge system and cement mortar verge.
